What a great article. In a similar vein, I am reading a book right now entitled Thank You – For Being Such a Pain by Mark Rosen. It addresses the issue of difficult people in our lives, and how to best deal with them and ourselves in dealing with them. I have always said that the best lessons I learned were those in dealing with difficult people.
