Be the change you wish to see in 2022

It’s here, another New Year’s Eve. Boy, our world has sure changed in a blink of an eye the last couple years. Really, it has been coming for a few but the hard lessons are getting intense my friends within us and around the world. I am reminded of the Bible verse, “all these are the beginning of birth pains”, Jesus spoke of. I know that the earth seems to be upset, especially nature. Working disasters, I have seen them get worse and worse and more frequent. I am over 50 now so my thoughts are more about what can I do while I am still here to help support what I really believe in which is peace, joy and love. We cannot always live in that zone but we can strive to be in the middle of chaos and have peace. I didn’t think it was possible but when I was in the middle of the dark night of the soul I would call it when I was younger, I prayed that I would be able to stand in the middle of a tornado and be calm in the center. 

Little did I know that would look like my work now. Be careful what you wish for right? I am able to walk into a disaster area and stay calm when all the emotions are running high. That does not mean I don’t get stressed with my own deadlines and work. I do but when I am standing in front someone that has lost everything, I can be calm for them. I can only do that because I have done and keep doing my own work of evolving. I say it all the time, “Everyone wants to be spiritual and evolve but no one wants to do the work that is required.” The work to evolve your soul is not an easy path but the rewards are great and really the only one that matters. Peace. 
Lots of negative things happening, lots of negative things have always happened. Is it more or less, I do not know. I can only look at the now. What is in front of you and in you? That is what you need to look at. Stop focusing outside, go within. See what disaster you need to deal with in yourself. Clearly with the way the world is, everyone has a lot of work to do. 

I ask my higher self this year what were the words for me this year:

Happiness.

Health.

Hope.

I offer these to you. Just like a tree grows, what you focus on will also grow. Are you going to focus on how jacked up everything and everybody is? Or how separated and evil? Or will you focus on the good, the balanced and be grateful for what you have at this very moment? 
I also offer a response that I saw from Neale Donald Walsch on Facebook when a commenter had asked about how she could diminish evil in the world. Here is his response: 

“My gentle friend, I do not think we can diminish the evil in the world by something in particular that we are doing. I believe that the solution arises out of what we are Being.
By that I mean, by what we choose and actively intend to BE in any and every given moment. From that State of Being will arise an energy that will be projected into the world we touch…and, depending on the State of Being we have chosen, the world around us will begin to reflect that.I was told in CWG that the physical world is a mirror. It reflects back to our civilization what our civilization projects into it. So the way we can “diminish the evil in the world” is to project into the world what we choose for the world to Be.I know that this may sometimes seem fruitless, but it would amaze you how much of a difference this can make. People who have lived their lives constantly choosing a State of Being love, patience, understanding, wisdom, clarity, and simple goodness very often experience surprising returns of that energy in their daily encounters.Whole groups of people deciding to do this can, in fact, help to diminish the evil in the world in a very real way. Gandhi put this whole idea perfectly when he invited us to “be the change you wish to see.”

I really feel like my guides have such a sense of humor. I get song lyrics that I have to look up on Google, try to figure out the message and then write a blog…I love it!

This song came out in 1976. I was 7.

As I contemplated this message of song from the heavens, one thing popped up in my mind. How many times do we block the flow of love? or anything for that matter? Why can’t we let love flow?

Maybe you block your love from someone to protect yourself.

Maybe you block your true feelings because you are ashamed or think that someone will laugh at you.

My teacher and I were talking the other day of blocks on your path to awareness. One of them is control.

“Love cannot flow where control is.” -Swami

Look at the water, you can block the flow but it just finds another way because it is nature and that is the way nature works, you can either get out-of-the-way or you can try to block it and then end up hurting yourself and maybe another.

Another thing that we block is feelings and they can really affect the heart. Think about this, a heart attack is “blocked” arteries.

“Heart attack is the death of a segment of heart muscle caused by the loss of blood supply. The blood supply is usually lost because a coronary artery, one that supplies blood to the heart muscle, has a blood clot, a blockage (coronary thrombosis).Apr 8, 2016″

Honestly, there has to be a balance. You cannot just throw your love at someone who cannot love themselves. This will end up with you getting your heart hurt and then placing a “block” on it because you don’t want to get hurt again.

Once the block is there, it takes some time to remove. You must have emotional awareness within yourself and even then sometimes you will still get wounded but once you realize that your main vibration is LOVE, it will get much easier to come from a place like this all the time. Not to get offended by others who cannot support the awareness of that frequency.

It’s hard for them, because they have been out of that energy for so long, the energy of anger,sadness, fear, jealously, etc. is much of an easier place for them to be. It’s comfortable for them. In reality we all have issues in some place or another. That’s why we are here, to clear out what is not God’s vibration.

Then you may come along with your bright light of love and they probably say inside to themselves, ” UGH, here is that girl again that is too LOVING. What is wrong with her.”

Nothing. Not a thing. There is nothing wrong with them either. They are where they are and that is their path. Allow them to be where they are and you continue on your own.

TD Jakes had a great quote I have never forgot. It was when he was speaking to Oprah.

“You have to meet people at the level that they are and the level that they can receive it.”-Oprah

“Some parents are not capable of giving an outpouring of love to their children because they have a ‘pint-sized capacity’ and cannot fill those who have a ’10-gallon capacity to love.” -TD Jakes

Do you have a 10-gallon capacity?

Do you have a 10 gallon capacity when it comes to yourself?

So the question would be, can you love yourself when you are broken, when you are unlovable, when you are angry, when you are ugly?

Do you withdrawal your love when things get tough with others?

Do you withdraw your love when you are ashamed of yourself or someone else?

Do you have unrealistic expectations of others and yourself?

Maybe for this month, this minute or this hour, let the love flow.

Let the love flow through you, for YOU. Try to absorb as much as you can hold. You can then see where love is being restricted within yourself. Watch where the resistance comes up to being loved. Then you will see the block of protection that needs healing.

“Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”-I John 4:8

As much love as you are giving another, give that much to yourself. Most of us talk to ourselves in a way that we would never allow someone else to speak to us or anyone that we love.

Watch your inner dialogue and how unloving it is.

Just think about how you think about other people? What is the inner dialogue saying?

See where your own mind puts a block up in your heart.

See yourself the way God sees you and practice learning to let your love flow…..xoxo

October will be quite a month with two eclipses; one a blood red lunar eclipse on October 8, 2014 and the other one a solar eclipse on October 23, 2014. And Mercury will be retrograde almost all month.  That will be quite a combination. The full moon on October 8th will be at 3:51 AM PDT. Those who are living on the West Coast will be able to see the eclipse if they choose to get up around 3:30 AM, or sooner. Because the moon will be conjunct Uranus at the time of the eclipse, this is considered an Occultation by the moon. This eclipse will be seen as a very large moon and very powerful because of the Uranus conjunction. Uranus rules light, lightning, and high technology.

Last year on April 15 there was the first blood red moon of the series and it happened on the Jewish holiday of Passover. That festival is symbolic of war. The Russian-Ukraine war got really serious in April, and the Israel-Palestine war was in July. There was a three month time period before the Israel/Palestine war started.  Eclipses set up events that sometimes happen several months after the eclipse. Now we have I.S.I.S as one of our main concerns, plus the other wars that are still happening.

This upcoming blood red moon will be at the beginning of Sukkoth, which is the Jewish Harvest Festival. This is supposed to be one of the happiest festivals of the year. And of course people all over the world celebrate Harvest Festivals in October, and they are all considered happy festivals. This blood red moon eclipse will be seen over almost all of the United States. So what will this full moon bring?

This upcoming full moon will be on 15 degrees Aries. Here is what my degree book says about that degree. “The fact is that every individual has his/her ultimate conscious task which is the weaving of the Immortal Body, also called the Gnostic Robe of Glory, or the light body. It may sound very mystical and far out but there is a moment in every cycle when, in however small a degree, every individual may be confronted with the potentiality of a fulfilling act of self-realization and may find himself ‘clothed in light’ for an instant.”  (This sounds very interesting to me.)

Also at the time of the lunar eclipse the moon will be conjunct Uranus in opposition to the sun in Libra. There will be all kinds of unexpected events that will happen with the moon conjunct Uranus, which brings sudden unexpected changes.  This full moon will also again trigger the Cardinal Cross because Venus will be on 10 degrees Libra, Pluto on 11 degrees Capricorn, and Uranus on 14 degrees Aries.

Venus will be conjunct the Sun, which will be opposing Uranus, and that means there are big changes coming and it might involve money. Venus is the planet that rules love and money.  Maybe there will be an unexpected event around money, and maybe it will be for the good of all. The Jewish Shemittah year started on September 25, 2014 and ends on September 13, 2015. The Shemittah year waives all outstanding debts. Maybe it is time for a noticeable change in our financial system. I just heard that 105 countries have dropped using the dollar and have turned to the BRICCS financial system.

The next eclipse will be a solar eclipse on October 23 at 2:57 PM PDT. This eclipse will be widely visible in the United States and Canada. These countries are definitely in for some changes. Mars will be lined up with the Galactic Center so we can expect major energy coming from that area to Earth.

Mercury and Jupiter are the main planets of this eclipse and Mercury will be opposing Uranus at that time. There could be major storms in different parts of the world with this aspect in affect. Mercury and Uranus in aspect rule storms and also transportation, which may cause a lot of accidents. Jupiter square Saturn may cause financial problems although Venus could turn those problems into positive energy.

The next major festival is the Jewish Festival of Light. This is another major festival and is very beautiful with all the lights that will be everywhere. This festival starts on December 17 this year and lasts for about a week. The Winter Solstice, which is considered the birth of light, will be right in the middle of this festival. The solstice will be on December 21 at 3:03 PM PST. On the same day, at almost the same time 2:45 PM PST, Uranus, the planet of light will turn direct. This means that light will be dominant after the solstice. Maybe we will all be filled with light at that time and start to shine like a brilliant star in the heavens. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Right now we are watching thousands of people demonstrating for freedom in Hong Kong. This is Uranus in action. Uranus rules revolutions, riots, and demonstrations of all kinds. It is the planet that demands freedom, especially because it is in the fire sign Aries. Have you ever tried to hold an Aries down? And Uranus and Pluto (the transformer) will be in exact aspect from Thanksgiving to Christmas this year. We are in a very revolutionary time period.

There are people who say “the dark is going to control us” well; that is not going to happen. They are at the end of their control. Haven’t you noticed how all the negative things the controllers have done is coming to light so everyone can see what they have done? This is what Saturn in Scorpio has been doing for the past two plus years. It has uncovered all our dark stuff, or our shadow self, and brought it out into the light so we can see it and release or neutralize the energy. We are now working on creating balance in our lives. The negative cannot exist without the positive and that is just how it is.  Negative dark energy can become dominant and control people at times and it seems like it has been that way for a long time so now it is time for light to rule.

Move out of fear. Fear is just ‘false evidence appearing real’.  We don’t need that energy anymore. It’s like we have been going through a dark tunnel and are about to come out into the light. We are fast approaching a world of love and peace and beauty which we have all been striving to create for a long time. We are almost there and when the fire trine comes into force, that energy will burn up the impurities in our bodies and we will become great Beings of Light. By December 21 we will begin the start of a major fire triangle by the sun moving into the fire sign Sagittarius.  This will be followed by Saturn moving into Sagittarius on December 23rd. Then we will have the three large planets of Saturn, Jupiter, and Uranus all in fire signs. It will then be time for major movement because fire signs are very active.

There was a Beam of Light that hit Earth on August 24, 2014 and caused an earthquake in Northern California. At that time Jupiter, Venus, and the moon were all in Leo, making an aspect to Uranus. And the sun was conjunct Regulus, the Royal Star of the Lion. This beam of light hit me and I am still reeling from the affects, and that was over a month ago. It felt like everything in my body was rearranged. Words of Wisdom From Others: 8:8 Solar Power

8:8 SOLAR POWER

This time of year with all of its wonderful power days is my favorite. Not only because I am a Leo but because I truly see the continual and constant worth of these energy alignments. We are all part of the sacred path and sacred days. As of late two powerful energies have made themselves known many many times a day. White buffalo calf woman and cougarwoman, both sacred and holy feminine energies in their own right. Each asks you to step beyond fear into the unknown and magical aspects of your self. We each seek entrance into the next level of our being, the energies of August 2014 will lead you to another level of personal and planetary initiation. Time to beef up our light put on our big girl panties and step up the plate.

On August 8, (8:8) Solar power will shift into material form to be seen and felt creating an accessible time portal within self.  Uniting the two hemispheres of the brain initiating a total-recall sort of experience. This fusion births a level of light that even the blind can distinguish.  So powerful is this ‘solar vibration’ we will have but one choice as it enters our energy field. The choice is to just let go and allow it to pass through like a solar wind, not holding on to any part of it. Like a cool breeze on a hot day just allow the solar emanations to encircle and embrace you without trying to corral them and make them obey.  Just this minute action will shift the future into a place that can been seen and felt in a higher heart.

 

The 8:8 energy alignment is symbolic of the human DNA kept separate and secret with resolve.  8:8 represents the timeless relationship that humanity has with earth. As the very stars broadcast to all that will listen as a time passage is opened, revealing higher aspects of the human cognitive ability. mental capacities, IQ and the ability to remember (near and far past and future) will be increased.

The numerical evolutionary vibrations of this 8:8 are powerful and self-fulfilling. They actualize the need to attain and reach for something more not settling. Reaching for what seems far in a future that can only be seen through a pinhole laced with purple-haze.  A new channel is sought and found. Unexpected potentials are reached in those we once gave up upon. The unforeseen is birthed and  encrypted will be the norm. The August energies allow you the opportunity to align with all that was before Creation took this form. The alpha, the omega, and every molecule in-between invite you to partake of their truths. You are finally able to enter the free flowing experience of all possibility; like newly fallen snow with no footprints on it, you will walk upon a clean slate that seeks your approval.

Learning to truly see, to create, to make real by looking through the quantum portal deep into the proverbial rabbit hole takes its toll on your sleeping and your imagination. It is time to change the description of what once was thought to be limitation. A call to duty is announced to all that are willing to expand. You have finally come to the apex of realization.  Your thoughts are the source of your power!. Any and all limitations can be a source of power. Any shadows you battle can be a source of power.  All has the ability to be transformed from lead into gold. What stretches you comes to gift you.

Favorable energies come to call at your door. Those who have never looked in your direction bring a cornucopia of unexpected support. This past year you were asked to climb Above fear, above emotions fording deep emotional waters and past life debris. You watched your world change its landscape right in front of your eyes happening in moments not decades. You felt helpless to change the outcome of what appeared to be destined. You were stretched and pulled about like salt-water taffy.

You have changed forever never to return to who you once were. You sit perched on a new branch of heart awaiting a signal of when it is safe to take wing, neither sign, nor signal comes, You must rely only upon your own intuition to move forward. As this singularity you sit in a place of great power and sacredness; all that you do or do not do is created by you and you alone.

The Blessedness of this year travels to every shore that will welcome it. By seeing the existing blessings in your transformative lives you will create a connection for this wave of blessedness to adhere to. The more thoughts you have of blessing what is in your life right now the more energy is generated, and the easier the new connection will be made. Thoughts of thankfulness and gratitude beckon this wave of blessedness; thoughts of negativity repel it.

The fruits of all past labors of life and love can be now tasted and supped upon. What was once thought to be lost is found within ones very own life. Energy spent in helping others was placed into a universal account that has accrued to mighty proportions. Nothing was every lost or wasted or tossed away in thoughts and actions of goodness and kindness. All actions of inherent good have been counted and accounted for by the universal abacus. All time spent in prayer and kind thoughts for others has been exponentially expanded and multiplied beyond earth’s ability to count. A great amount of heavenly rewards finds itself on the road to the masses.

This year offers a pathway of internal illumination and a glimpse into true spiritual fulfillment. It offers a place and time of reconnecting to the Great Light.  One is finally escorted into a placement of personal power. Every thought counts dramatically, creating or destroying in its wake. Mastership demands 100% of your attention 24/7. This august unties the ‘time slip-knot’ creating an open road to travel upon beckoning one to quest in a new direction. Fractals restructure themselves into different patterns of thought as the light within the unexpected and unexplained is turned up so high that even the 3 blind mice can see. You are leaving the energy of what has so distracted you and moving into a place of sharp focus. Chose to see all or nothing, do not turn a blind 3^rd eye to any possibility. August 8, is a place were the polarities meet and heaven and earth sip from each other’s glass. It is a celebration beyond time that escorts you home through the Sphinx Lions Gate to the Stars you shine for while on earth. is composed of matter and antimatter. It  is an unprecedented event that takes place every year as this sacred portal opens. The very ends of your DNA will open their little hearts as their filament endings are unwrapped to expose what has been hidden. What comes to be has not unwrapped its protective coverings as of yet, but be assured it is worth its wait in gold.

August 2014 is all about change, change is echoing in the chambers of our souls.  Following the direction of the heart takes a tough dedicated spiritually strong person. Choices of the heart are never easy. This year has been a time of metamorphosis. (The hard way the easy way and every which way.)  We have been stripped down to our barely human essentials.  Standing in front of the Light, we bare our souls.

 

Feeling so ready to shift, wanting to experience the shift in one quantum leap instead of one hundred baby steps. We have all intentions of moving forward quickly, silently, lovingly and happily.  As we ready ourselves for change we expect all of our cosmic duckies to be in a row. Lined up and bobbing to our personal wavelength.  We look to our world to reflect our creation but nothing seems to be reflected in it that mirrors the image in our mind.  We then begin to question our abilities, our intentions, our prayers and our worthiness,

We have entered a newer, bigger doorway of Creational learning. No longer are we mild mannered humans praying, asking, or cajoling an almighty God to give to us as helpless beings. We have achieved Creational Maturity and are now responsible for all props as we dance around this stage of life. In this raised understanding of creation we are asked to be mature in our manifestations.  To create concisely not haphazardly.  Not to curse our creations when they do not appear on the date and time we expect them to arrive.  For our curses send them immediately back through time and space into the ethers, to sit in the un-creational waiting room. 

You are the Creator of your own circumstances. What you have created you can change.  When we react to sudden chaos/or negative changes in our life we delay the purpose of creation.  If we accept chaos as an opportunity for spiritual elevation, negativity will disappear.  We alone determine the amount of time in which turmoil passes.  It is time to stop poisoning our future with our doubt.

In this new level of Creatorship we cannot doubt any of our intentions no matter how slight.  We need to ready our selves for the lessons in all situations, if your intention is to manifest a certain set of life experiences and you do not see the blueprint in your world, then understand the manifestation is large of molecule and must pass through several layers of light in order to be brought forth in concentrated form. The summer sun will force us all into the shade of our new thinking, looking at how we have created and uncreated since the beginning of time. We truly are experts at this game of creation and it is time to remember that in our every thought.

Let us begin this missive by saying that you have now entered a phase that is like no other you have experienced, and it will probably not be one that you will experience ever again. For now, so much is shifting and reshaping on all sides, both within and without, and so, this will indeed be a season of change on every level. You have by now grown accustomed to not being able to predict just what the next day or even the next hour will bring, and even if you mentally or physically may not have grown quite as accustomed to these changes as to the knowledge that they will occur again and again, you will all slowly but surely start to reset and reshape your very being into something that will feel much more at ease in this seemingly constantly turmoiled sea. You see, the rapid shifts and the heightened level of energetic activity is not to quieten down for quite some time yet, so for those of you who hanker for a quiet port after a prolonged exposure to these agitated seas, we can offer little but our sympathy at the moment, but for all those already sensing the huge energetic change taking place at this very moment, we can offer more of the same, at an ever increasing frequency in the days ahead.

For this will indeed be a season of tumultuous change on so many levels, but the changes we refer to will bring about a heightened presence of enlightened beings all over the planet. For this incoming light will stop for no one nor no thing, and it will not be one that comes a knocking timidly in the night, asking to be let in. Rather, it will continue to simply flow in at an ever increasing rate, disregarding any and all hindrances that anyone tries to put in the way. In other words, this flood of light and life will enliven even the darkest of corners and it will do so in a fashion that has not been seen before, and we do mean that in a very literal sense. For now, it will be as if the very ground beneath your feet will start to shimmy and shift about, and even the very bedrock of your life will at times seem to be nothing more than a thin gossamer layer undulating in the breeze, ready to rip apart and leave you all ready to step away from the old remnants of your former life and embrace something very new.

Again, we speak in convoluted terms, but we think it is safe to say that this summer there will be a lot of upheavals taking place, upheavals that may seem dramatic to the casual observer, but that to the ones already tuning in to the messages coming in on the airwaves so to speak of these energetic emissions will not be considered as news at all. For you will know in the very center of your being, the part of you that simply knows it all beforehand but has kept it hidden from that perhaps less enthusiastic human part of you, that whatever happens now, does so in order to propel you as fast as possible towards that end goal you so hanker for. In other words, expect much ado about some at times rather small and seemingly inconsequential details in your life, but know that these are merely symbols of the huge shift taking place, both for you and for everyone around you.

For nothing will be undisturbed by the winds that these energetic storms whip up now, and even if your life may not be all topsy-turvy at the moment, we venture to guess that you will all in some way feel this wind in your sails making the old anchoring ropes start to creak and groan as the pressure increases. For you will all be shifted in some way, but this is by no means a signal to a total upheaval for all, merely a reminder that any hidden urge to stay as is will now be overwritten by that far more important calling you all carry within. For change is not always pleasurable, and change does not always come in a neat and well presented package, all tied up and offered to you as a positive tiding. Change may well come in the form of an unexpected event that will serve to literally disconnect you from so much of what you thought constituted YOU. In other words, it may come in a very direct form as a way of literally moving you from one residence to another, or it may come in the form of total rearranging of your emotional and intellectual programming, making everything you thought you knew about yourself and the world around you stand out in a very new way, and this again will help you to make decisions based on the new instead of the old.

This may seem to be a rather over-intense period for many of you, but again, this river of light has carried you all well and truly away from the old shores, and it is pulling you all faster and faster down the rapids. It may seem to be a little bit daunting at times, but again this at times rather forceful current is simply doing what it can to bring you all the way back home, back to you, the real you, and to that space where you can start to act out the last part of this grand adventure of realigning your being and your world in such a way, the light will be continuously shining into and onto every part of it, and through that, remove any and all of those old acquired stains, blemishes and battle scars both this planet and you as human beings have suffered from for far too long.

So again we say, try to enjoy the ride, even if it may get rather “wild” at times, and know that all is well and you are just where you are meant to be at any given time, even if you yourself has lost any sense of direction at all. For you are being carried within this huge and unstoppable flood of light now, and as the speed and intensity increases, the best you can do, is as always simply to allow it to take you wherever it is it needs you to go. For once there, you will find yourself exclaiming from the very center of your being, “this is it, I have finally made it, I may not have a clear idea just as to how I managed to get to this exact spot, but now that I am here, I know that this is the space for me.” And then, and only then, will you be able to finally take root in a soil that is not only fertile, but more welcoming than you could ever dream of.

There are times in our day-to-day life when we experience ourselves acting or thinking in ways we wish could be different. Sometimes, it can seem like our thoughts are running on auto-pilot, and whoever is doing the driving is not the most qualified person for the job. These thoughts then lead to actions which we regret later. The reason for this is that we often have un-conscious mental and emotional programs running our lives. Maybe these programs are fine for going about our daily interactions with the world, but what happens when they are no longer helping us to live our lives to the fullest?

The First Step: Uncovering That Which is Hidden

Since they are subconscious, these programs do a good job of staying hidden. Consciousness is not something which can be seen or touched, so it can be difficult to pinpoint disharmonious patterns within it. What are the signs that a subconscious mental program is affecting us? Fortunately, these programs leave traces that they are indeed there. These traces come in the form of negative thoughts, or that nagging little voice in the head. Knowing this, we can follow the breadcrumbs of thought to the root of what is running them.

Thoughts can be likened to bubbles in a lake. We can observe the bubbles on the surface, but where they come from is deep down at the bottom. Likewise, thoughts appear at the surface of our mind, but where they come from is deep down, in the realm of emotions. Thoughts are the surface signs of emotions.

We can begin by examining the inner voice we hear in our head, as well as the outer voice coming out of our mouths, and just observe them.

It can quickly be seen that thoughts occur all on their own, spontaneously, like a radio station continually broadcasting into space. If we tune into the mental stream, they become the central focal point; however, try shifting the dial of focus to the space in which these thoughts are occurring. As you do this, you will discover that the thoughts become blended into the background of awareness.

Now, from this space outside of thought, try observing the content of the mind, just don’t get pulled into it. What do you hear? What is the common theme around which the mental chatter is arranged? Is the voice angry? afraid? guilty? Take this chance to be radically honest with yourself – this is not a time to be squeamish!

Step Two: Removing Identification With the Mind

Understand that these thoughts are not even yours, so you do not need to identify with them. Just like a radio tower, the mind is continually broadcasting thoughts. It is what the mind does, continuously and automatically.

To prove that the mind is not even yours, try this: tell the mind to stop thinking and see what happens. The mind will probably just go right on thinking, against your will. If the mind was really yours, you could tell it what to do and it would listen, right? On the contrary, the mind is an impersonal aspect of our human nature.

Bringing humility into our understanding of this is very helpful. It can be very frustrating when one first comes to meditation and realizes how strong the monkey-mind chatter is, but remember: there is nothing wrong with it. It is only doing what it knows how to do. Just because you have negative thoughts does not make you a bad person. You are not your thoughts! This is part of the collective (un)consciousness of humankind. Everyone else has these same kinds of thoughts too; they truly are impersonal.

Step Three: Surrendering the Temporary Emotional ‘Payoff’

Dis-identifying with the mind makes it easier to go further inward to the source of thinking itself: emotions. Subconscious programs are fueled by our emotions, so addressing them from the emotional level is the key to canceling them.

The reason that these dysfunctional programs are running in our consciousness, despite our desire to be free of them, is because they offer us a hidden payoff. They create the illusion that we are getting something beneficial from them, a ‘juice’ if you will. This may not be apparent at first, as one might think, “How is there a payoff from being angry?”

The ‘juicy payoff’ is the emotional reaction; the feeling that moves through us. There is a part of us that finds a temporary pleasure, or satisfaction, in the feeling of anger, guilt, pride, etc. The part of us which feeds off of this juice is commonly called the ego.

The ego easily becomes addicted to the emotional payoff of negative emotions, and in turn feeds off of the juice. Since the juice is only a temporary satisfaction, the ego must seek more of it, thus perpetuating an endless feedback loop. With each infusion of ‘juice’ into the loop, the addiction becomes stronger and thus harder to break free of.

With this realization, it becomes clear that in order to undo negative programming, we must let go of the temporary payoff gained from negative thoughts and emotions. When this payoff is continually let go of, the unconscious program loses its power and influence. The juice becomes less and less interesting to us.

The next time a negative thought or emotion arises, ask yourself, “What is the juice I’m getting from this?” and “Is it worth the price?” If the juice is found to make you feel anything other than peace and tranquility, it is a sign that it needs to be let go of.

In this light, there is no need to fight or suppress anything, even fear and hatred itself. In fact, we can begin to let these emotions just be as they are and run themselves out. We no longer need to be afraid of emotions because we are no longer controlled by the temporary ‘pleasure’ of them.

With this practice of continually surrendering the juicy payoff of the negative emotions, a peaceful state naturally emerges. Peace is what prevails when all of our negative programs have been let go of. In this sense, it can be seen that Peace is actually a choice. When we choose Peace instead of the juice of the ego, our emotional dependence on negativity diminishes. When done continually, this Peace stabilizes and becomes our natural state, undisturbed by the passing temptations of negativity.

Since Uranus went into Aries on March 11, 2011 we have been in a major cycle of brain transformation. Uranus rules the electrical part of our brain and the sign Aries rules the head and the brain.  Neptune rules the magnetic field and we are all connected to that field. As that field gets close to zero magnetics our brains kind of go into neutral.

The effects of the exact cardinal cross that occurred on April 22/23 with planets on exactly 13 degrees each caused the magnetic field to start going down.  I think we are either at zero magnetics now or close to it. I know that my brain started responding to that field right after the solar eclipse on April 28, 2014. In my chart the sun was exactly conjunct Uranus at that time and my brain proceeded to go on hold for eight days. I was starting to get worried about myself during this time because my brain went into neutral. I tried to write my article during that time and it was a very difficult thing to do.  The energy is flowing again so I think I have passed through that cycle.

Many people felt a similar energy starting on Friday night around 6-7 pm May 2^nd. I know I fell asleep after dinner at that time and did not wake up until 10:00 pm and then got up and went to bed and slept until 9:00 AM the next morning. Then I heard of other people going through the same thing and I also heard from people how tired they were and they just wanted to sleep, myself included. I was wondering why so many people were tired during the same time period and figured out it must have been ascension symptoms. I think we were all going through a process of a brain reset.

I think that in the last few days there was a major change in our brain function. I think that something happened that caused a connection between our hearts and our brain, and I think it will be easier to connect with our hearts for those who experienced this event.

It’s been the changing of our brains that is causing so much chaos in the world. The frequency has gotten so high that people who are still on a lower frequency are freaking out and causing chaos. Bazaar things are happening in the world and it is getting more so as time goes on.  Anything is possible right now and as the time-lines continue to come together there will be the dividing of the frequencies. Those who are manifesting a high frequency will be on one dimension and not connected with the lower dimension earth where all the chaos is going on. It’s like turning a switch on the radio from one station to another.  The other stations are still there but you choose to listen to only one station. I think it will happen kind of like waking up from a dream and realizing that we have all been living in a state of illusion and nothing is real.

It is wake-up time and I think many people are ready to wake up. To wake up we need to have our heart brain connected to our head brain and this is when our heart becomes the ruler of our Being. This means the head brain will be subject to what our heart wants to happen. This is when everything will change for the better. And that is when we can start ‘Thinking with our hearts’ all the time.

It says in the Bible that first we need to find the kingdom of god within before our life can start to work well. This means to release all trauma and fear from your life so you can think on a higher level. Become an observer, not a participant in the drama, unless you like to have lots of drama in your life. What we think and feel is what we create and there has been lots of drama created lately on this beautiful planet.

The first thing to do is to realize that your brain has been going through a major change. It has moved from being a two hemisphere brain to having a connection between the two halves so we can think in Unity consciousness. That was not easy to accomplish. It has been a very hard period of time to go through. I think a lot of us have accomplished the unity feeling. Now our brains have to go into neutral to totally connect with our hearts. I think some of us are in that energy now or soon to be there.

This means that we have found the kingdom of god within us and now everything can change for the better. This will bring forth the New Earth we have been expecting for a long time where people will live in peace and harmony. They will know that if you hurt someone you will feel the pain yourself because we are all one. We will be individuals living in oneness energy and there will be no judgment of good or bad, because in reality there is no good or bad. There are just lessons that have needed to be learned by students looking for a better way of living.

Some people progress faster than others and they will be the teachers of this new age. They are the children of love who have been waiting in the background for others to catch up. There is still time for this catch up because Uranus, the planet of change, will be in Aries until May of 2018. This does not mean that we have to live in a lower vibration until that time. We can reach the higher vibration earth anytime we choose to and live in a world of love. All we have to do is connect with our heart energy.

Everyone says we are in the Age of Aquarius, the age of new inventions and high technology. We are in that age although we are also in the age of Virgo, the loving Goddess. The Age of Aquarius started in 1962 when many planets lined up in that sign. The age of Virgo started on July 11, 1991 when Regulus, the royal star of the Lion, moved into the sign of Virgo, where it will stay for 2,000 plus years. It will be in the sign of the loving female energy and that is why it is time to think with our hearts. We have been in an integration period since 1991 and now we should be ready to manifest loving energy. When I asked spirit about this cycle I was told that there are many cycles going on at the same time. The Virgo cycle is measured by the star Regulus moving through that sign.

Many people say the New World Order is about to control us. I don’t think so. Have you ever tried to control an Aries, especially with the planet Uranus in that sign? And besides that the negative powers have been controlling us for eons of time. Their rule is about over. If you choose to stay in the conspiracy theories then that is your choice, and is what you will experience. I choose not to experience that energy anymore. I choose to manifest a planet of love where peace rules.

We are definitely in the process of Earth changes. When something comes on the regular news you know it has finally come out into the open. These changes will continue because this is what Mother Earth chooses to experience. We are creators and we could help Mother Earth by cleaning up our thoughts of fear, judgment, and negativity and replace them with love.

We will experience Mother’s Day on May 11, 2014. The day before the sun will be opposing Saturn, which will trigger the water trine of Saturn, Jupiter and Neptune. This is nice energy. Then on Mother’s day the moon will again trigger the cardinal cross. At the Wesak full moon festival on May 14^th some people will graduate to a higher frequency.  This happens every year as people progress to different levels. It’s like going to school, one step at a time.

As we honor our mothers on May 11^th, I think we should also honor and cherish our Mother Earth and include her in our celebrations. We do all live on this planet and she is our Mother.      So Be It!

April is here! What do you suppose will happen with this major cardinal cross that is in our heavens right now? It has already been triggered. We had a huge mud slide in OSO, WA on March 22 shortly after the Sun went into the sign of Aries. OSO is north of Seattle. The news said it was one of the largest natural disaster we have had in our state because of all the people who died in the slide. The official total is 24 but there are 30 people still missing.

The West Coast is still under stress and will be until Saturn moves out of Scorpio in December of 2014. When planets are in either Taurus or Scorpio events happen on the coast. The 6.9 quake that happened last month off the coast of California was another example of the Scorpio energy. Scorpio is a water sign and the quake was in the water. The mud slide was caused by lots of rain in the slide area. From April 20 to May 20 the sun will be in Taurus and this means there could be more Earth changes along the coast.

There have been other major events that have happened recently like the huge oil spill off the coast of Texas. That was another water event that also included oil. Texas is also ruled by Scorpio although it is by latitude instead of longitude. The West Coast is by longitude. Scorpio also rules the Middle East along with Russia, and Mars is over the Ukraine right now.

Vladimir Putin’s sun is on 13 degrees Libra and during the exact cross on April 22, the planet Mars will be on top of his sun. The planet Mars is very powerful, and it can cause a person to become very angry. Pluto, which will be square his sun on 13 degrees Capricorn will give him the desire for more power.  In fact, as the sun goes through Aries it will be opposing his Libra planets. Right now (March 29^th) Mars is on top of his Mercury, and this gives him the desire to communicate his ideas and he just called president Obama to discuss ongoing events.  We will see what manifests from that call.

Obama also visited the Pope a few days ago. What did they discuss in their visit? Could it have been something to do with the Vatican Bank? That Bank is run by the Jesuits and they have controlled the world for a long time.

As the sun moves through Aries it will continue triggering the planets in the cardinal cross. On April 8^th Mars will be at its closest point to Earth. If you have clear skies at that time you might want to look for that planet. Mars is a very beautiful planet. When a planet is close to Earth it is always very powerful.

Did you know that it says in the Bible that when you see the sign of the son of man in the heavens you will know the time for redemption has arrived? What is the sign of the son of man? Isn’t it a cross? Well look what will be in the heavens on Easter this year, the cross.  And Easter is the celebration of the risen Christ, representing ascension.

Then we will have a total lunar eclipse on April 15^th, which is the beginning of the celebration of Passover. This full moon is called a blood moon because the moon will turn red.  We start the Holy week of Easter on April 13^th which is Palm Sunday. Then we have the last supper on Thursday April 17^th Good Friday on April 18^th and Easter on April 20. Passover is very important to the Jewish people and Easter is very important to the Christian people. Some people celebrate Passover for 7 days and some for 8. This means that Passover lasts from April 15 to April 22/23 and there will be a perfect cross in the heavens on April 22.  Uranus will be on 13 degrees Aries, Jupiter 13 degrees Cancer, Mars 13 degrees Libra, and Pluto 13 degrees Capricorn. The moon will trigger this cross on Easter.

Now, let’s talk about the number 13. This is of course the number of the Christ or the Goddess. It is the number of birth, death, and transformation. The April 15^th full moon is called the moon of the Christ. Thirteen is the number that rules the United States which was born on July 4, 1776 when the sun was on 13 degrees Cancer.  The star Sirius (Isis) is on 13/14 degrees Cancer. The dollar bill of the United States has the number 13 all over it, and the USA started with 13 states. Jupiter will be on 13 degrees Cancer over Washington D.C.in the cardinal cross. I remember when Greg Braden said that when we reached 13 hertz and 0 magnetics we would be at the time of the change. We are there.

Mona, a friend of mine, channeled for me the other night and this is what was said “The time-lines have been very chaotic for a long time and just recently they started coming together. They started folding in on themselves the first part of March and this put us in a time warp. It can become peaceful as the time-lines come together if humanity becomes a collective in their thoughts. If that happens, the time-line can counter-act a possible war although war can also be the stimulus to move us into a higher frequency because then people will finally say ‘No more war.’

“Four time-lines are coming together to create a wave that will pull these time-lines into one. This is what has caused the Earth to shift. The solar system will also experience this time-line shift. It will all come together as one. The energy moves in different directions, and then it goes into one. When the time-lines all come together as one this will be called zero magnetics. This will destroy the possibility of war because we will be on a higher frequency and won’t be part of any war. This will be like Divine intervention.  A cosmic wave will take place during Passover. Think in a higher-format. NO FEAR! This time is most crucial and is favorable for a shift in consciousness. No one can stop this change. Let the change occur so peace can reign. This will be a new start for the whole human race.”

It looks like we are about to move into the higher frequency Earth very soon. I don’t know just how this will all work out. I guess time will tell. I do know that this cardinal cross is a real turning point for humanity. It will be the time we move into Unity consciousness and become like one, individual but all part of the whole. I am really excited about this possibility. This is what I have been expecting to happen for many years. I will be very happy to be living on the higher frequency Earth with all the possibilities that will become available to us.

The cardinal cross is the turning point, although the energy from that cross will last for a long time. A lunar eclipse alone is usually in effect for at least six months. We also have a solar eclipse on April 28^th. This month will be very powerful so keep your seat belts on as we move through this energy. Chances are there will be one event after another so keep calm as these events happen. Because Washington D.C. is on 13 degrees Cancer I think that something major will happen there at this time. Hopefully it is not a war with Russia. At that time Jupiter will be over Washington D.C.  and Pluto will be over Moscow. This could cause a clash of wills and who knows what might happen. (I just heard that North and South Korea are at their war games again.)

Or it could work out in an entirely different way. Look at what happened to MH 370. Does anyone really know what happened to that plane? There are many theories. Some say the plane was hijacked, others say the pilot or co-polite caused the plane to go down. Others say the plane went into a time warp or had magnetic interference, and still others say they have found the remains of the plane in the Indian Ocean. As far as I know, no one has recovered any parts from the plane yet. Maybe the plane is hiding out on some remote island for various reasons. Something seems very fishy about that whole event.

Anyway, control your anger as we move through this energy, live in love and be kind to each other. We need to become as one so the time-line can counter-act any war that might occur.
